I have extensive experience interviewing end-users and operators about how they perform their jobs, what decisions they make, what information they need and how they reduce the possibility of errors (knowledge Elicitation). I have conducted these interviews in order to model the tasks and also in the past to develop Expert Systems. I have also developed some tools to assist Usability evaluation, shown here.
